DEVELOPER / TINKERER / SYSTEMS PERSON
Hey, I’m Mathis. I build developer tools, everyday software, and the Linux setup they run on. Simple systems that stay understandable.
LESS MACHINERY. MORE PURPOSE.
01 / SELECTED WORK
A few things I’ve been building.
Open source, made to be used.
MAIN FOCUS / IN ALPHA
Version control for the way we build now.
Humans and AI agents working in parallel need a shared place to work. Sorrel brings together a Rust engine, a CLI, a collaboration Hub, and a bidirectional Git bridge.
A way into local history: exhibitions, artifacts, QR lookup, and accessible media in seven languages, with a CMS for curators.
02 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE PROMPT
Mathis Graff // humunkulud
I like building real systems: tools for developers, software for everyday life, and smaller experiments that start with “what if?”.
My default is simple: solve a real problem, keep the moving parts few, and make the result useful. I care about understanding how things work, and leaving them easier to understand.
03 / SAY HELLO
Found something useful, have a question, or want to compare notes?
I’d like to hear what you’re working on.
